Deep red in colour the nose is complex, intense and lifted with dark fruits, particularly black / red currents, and smoky spicy and cedar / camphor notes.

Very full palate with lovely refreshing and balanced acidity which enhances the sweet and spicy fruit flavours.

Excellent length and persistence the palate finishes with nuances of sweet liquorice and mint.

Cellar for approximately 10 years. Excellent with spicy oriental foods.
