2 × 2025 ‘Il Fresco’ Vermentino (RRP $32 per bottle)

Produced from fruit sourced from the Chalmers Vineyards located in the north of the Heathcote Wine Region. This wine is produced in stainless steel to maintain freshness with bright and vibrant fruit flavours. True to it’s Sardinian roots this wine shows lime, citrus, pith, and a slight saline character, with excellent acidity driving the finish.

2 × 2025 ‘A Love Affair’ Garganega (RRP $38 per bottle)

This wine pays tribute to the love affair that winemaker, Adrian Munari, has with the Garganega grape which originates in Northern Italy near to his family village of Gallio. Produced in stainless steel to maintain a fruit driven style, this wine has also seen some ‘sur lie’ which has produced a more textured mouthfeel. Displaying stone fruit, pear and pineapple characters through the nose and palate, this wine has a typically Italian savoury finish making it a perfect accompaniment to food.

2 × 2025 ‘Temptation’ Fiano (RRP $35 per bottle)

Tempted by the growing popularity of the grape, this wine was produced from fruit sourced from the northern part of the Heathcote Wine Region. Deep straw in colour, this pretty wine is delicate and aromatic. With a beautifully complex aroma of melon, kiwi, apple jasmine, pineapple, it d a displays a textural and round mouthfeel while maintaining freshness.

2 × 2023 ‘Next Chapter’ Sangiovese (RRP $35 per bottle)

A rich, fruit driven and aromatic Sangiovese with classic sour cherry and red fruit flavours with hints of cinnamon and spiced fruit. It is medium bodied and silky on the palate, with lovely finely textured tannins and trademark bright acidity which persists through the palate creating length and a slightly earthy finish.

2 × 2022 ‘The Beauregard’ Shiraz (RRP $32 per bottle)

This wine presents an inviting bouquet of red plum and subtle earthy undertones, layered with hints of dark chocolate and classic spice. The palate is immediately generous and explosive, delivering vibrant fruit intensity balanced by a supple structure. Notes of ripe plum and cocoa glide across the mid-palate, supported by soft tannin that provides gentle grip without overpowering the wine’s easy drinking style. A touch of spice lingers on the finish, adding complexity and length, while retaining varietal character and regional charm.

2 × 2019 ‘Schoolhouse Red’ Cabernet Shiraz (RRP $35 per bottle)

Deep, inky ruby in colour, this wine opens with rich aromas of blackcurrant and cassis layered over subtle vanillin oak, cedar spice and hints of cinnamon. The palate is generous and expressive, showcasing excellent fruit sweetness and the signature mid-palate richness that Shiraz delivers so effortlessly. Notes of black olive, five spice and dried herbs add savoury complexity, while integrated fruit and oak characters create balance and refinement. A lingering cocoa finish is framed by classic Munari-style powdery fine tannins, delivering both structure and elegance.
