1 x 2015 Ladys Pass Shiraz

Brilliant deep-red in colour. Showing fresh, bright fruits and bramble, coffee and cocoa notes concurrently. Cedar spice provides the backbone to this wine adding a more savory edge. With the richness of blackberry conserve, the mid palate is ripe, elegant and well rounded. Brimming with dark plush berries, cooking spices and anise, the fresh acidity combined with seamless tannins produce an attractive and enduring finish. This wine has it all.

1 x 2016 The Gunpicker Shiraz Cabernet

This classic Australian blend of Shiraz (60%) and Cabernet (40%) is ruby in colour, bright and smells of summer berry fruits, strawberries, raspberries, musk sweets and freshly baked pastries. There is an underlying black olive, herbal element credited to the Cabernet. This medium bodied wine has an explosive, fruit driven and concentrated mid palate highlighting the red fruit characteristics. The tannins are firm and grippy both adding texture and hinting at the youthfulness of this wine. This wine can be drunk now and will develop over time.

This red blend is comprised of fruity Merlot

(47%), cool climate Broadford Shiraz (27%), plush Cabernet (16%) & dense Malbec (10%) and together they combine to create a wine of great depth and complexity. With a vibrant plum red colour, the initial aromas are of sweet oak, mocha, cinnamon and vanillin with bramble, raspberry and cherryripe aromas that follow. This wine is silky smooth, with a rounded, luscious mouthfeel. It has the Munari trademark elegance with an underlying power. 2017 The Beauregard

Vibrant, ruby red in colour The Beauregard reveals aromas of vanillin, cherry, boysenberry, raw cocoa, cedar and spice. It’s complex and well balanced with a brooding edge and an underlying power. The palate begins with dense, dark fruits reminiscent of blackcurrant, boysenberry and plums. With a generous fruit sweetness the palate transitions to flavours of cedar and cocoa with silky soft tannins. There is an underlying savoury edge with a clean acidity that keeps the wine fresh and balanced. Finally, flavours of dark chocolate and smoky charcuterie meats add to a long and persistent finish.

2018 Merlot

Juicy, vibrant and well structured this Merlot is a bigger, bolder style to your traditional ‘soft’ style. With rounded tannins and great fruit intensity this wine is a crowd pleaser.
