Produced with fruit sourced from the Chalmers Vineyards on the Mt Camel range, this wine displays fresh citrus aromas, lemon & grapefruit flavours, good minerality and fresh acidity.
Fermented at cold temperatures created texture and maintained aromas. The wine was racked off lees and stored in stainless steel with extended battonageto increase texture.

Made with fruit sourced from the Chalmers Vineyards on the Mt Camel range, this wine displays fresh citrus and lime aromas. Fermented at cold temperatures to maintain aromas, this un-oaked wine has a fragrance of kaffir lime and citrus which extends into the palate, and just hinting at green tropical fruit. The palate has good minerality, fresh acidity and elegance to it.
